Two complaints were filed, each by a number of plaintiffs as purchasers from the defendants of family dwelling units built under Priorities Regulation 33 (11 F.R. 4085), in which a mandatory injunction was sought, requiring defendants to make restitution to each of the plaintiffs for sums allegedly paid in excess of the approved maximum sales price.
