Plaintiffs Mrs. Anita Maumus Meraux and her son, Joseph M. Meraux, as widow in community and sole heir, respectively, of the late Dr. Louis A. Meraux, instituted suit to be recognized as owners of an undivided 1/56 royalty interest in certain property situated in the Parish of Terrebonne.
