Waldo is appealing a judgment of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans which dismissed his opposition to the payment of $11,000 by the Testamentary Executor of the decedent to opponent's sister, Miss Odette Waldo, for nursing and personal services rendered by the latter to the decedent, their mother.
