This was on action by the appellee, Edith Mabel Karren, against appellant, W. T. Grant Company, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she slipped and fell on the terrazzo entrance way to appellant's store in Salt Lake City, Utah. The jury returned a verdict for appellee on which judgment was entered and the company has appealed.
