This is an appeal by Mrs. Laura Dickens, hereinafter called appellant, from a judgment of the District Court of Gaines County in favor of A. E. Dickens and his wife. A. E. Dickens will be hereinafter referred to as Dickens, and his wife as appellee Mrs. Dickens.
