Order, insofar as appealed from, modified by striking therefrom the first ordering paragraph and by providing in lieu thereof that the motion by Press Wireless, Inc., be granted and that the motion by the town board be denied; and by providing in the second ordering paragraph, that the direction to the respondents with respect to serving and filing their answers be made applicable only to the town board. As so modified, the order is affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements...
