Greenshields, against Superior Oil Company and other defendants, to establish the validity of oil and gas leases owned by him covering an undivided one-half mineral interest in two tracts of land in Major county. All the defendants except Superior Oil Company defaulted, and default judgment was rendered establishing plaintiff's leases as to them.
