The bill in this case was filed by complainant M.T. Murrah against the defendant Miss Pearl Sanford and seeks to have set aside and declared null and void, a deed executed by complainant's mother, Mrs. Nannie Murrah, by which she conveyed to the defendant a house and lot 2611 Westside Avenue in Nashville.
