The request of the city of Faith for the re-installation of the telephone service in the office of its chief of police, located in his home, having been denied by the owner of the telephone utility, the Public Utilities Commission initiated this administrative proceeding which resulted in its order commanding Harding to make the described installation. On appeal to the circuit court, the order of the commission was affirmed, and Harding has prosecuted...
