278 A.D. 599 (1951)

In the Matter of the Claim of Donata Grosso, Respondent, v. Hatoff Printing Company, Inc. et al., Appellants. Workmen's Compensation Board, Respondent

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Third Department.

January 10, 1951.

Only an issue of fact is involved and there is evidence to sustain the determination of the board.
