Niccolo Tucci, a native of Switzerland, and a citizen of Italy, first entered this country as a student in 1931 when he was twenty-three years old. He had a student's visa and remained here for a year's study at Amherst College. He then entered the University of Florence and received the degree of Doctor in Social and Political Science. After a short period of service in the Italian Army, he returned to the United States as a quota immigrant...
