On this appeal it is obvious that the findings of fact and conclusions of law and order made by the examiner and confirmed by the Industrial Commission of Wisconsin were fully warranted by the evidence in the record, and particularly the undisputed facts to the following effect: The business of the Great Northern Railway Company is almost entirely interstate transportation and Kettner was employed as its traveling freight agent, in calling on companies...
