This case, involving a complicated factual situation, arises out of the hijacking of a large truckload of whiskey. The four appellants were convicted, on circumstantial evidence, of receiving and having in their possession liquor which had been stolen from a shipment in interstate commerce, with knowledge that the same had been stolen.
