Defendant, in an amended information, was charged with the crime of sale of narcotics, a felony, alleged to have been committed on or about the 10th day of January, 1950. The information also charged defendant with a prior conviction of the unlawful possession of marijuana. Defendant pleaded not guilty and admitted the prior felony conviction. A jury trial was had and the defendant was found guilty as charged...
