Plaintiff, proprietor of a jewelry store in Atlantic, alleges in both counts of his petition two trays of rings were stolen from his safe. Count I seeks recovery under terms of a policy issued by defendant insuring plaintiff against loss by robbery as defined in the policy. Also covered by the policy was loss by burglary as therein defined.
