This is a suit for equitable relief. The plaintiffs are the parents of defendant Juanita R. Winfree. They alleged in their bill of complaint that in August, 1941, their son, Bert Borngesser, Jr., a resident of Massachusetts, proposed purchasing a home for them in order that they might have a permanent place in which to live.
