PER CURIAM.

The defendant was charged with the crime of reckless driving in the Municipal Court of Sioux City, Iowa. He entered a plea of not guilty. Upon trial to the court he was found guilty as charged and was ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs, and in default of the payment of the fine, the defendant was ordered committed to the county jail of Woodbury County for a period of 30 days.
