Nathan N. Byers died intestate July 12, 1949, at the age of ninety-five years, leaving no widow, but survived by a son, the defendant, Lester A. Byers, and children of a deceased daughter, Mabel Wells, all of whom are defendants, and also survived by children and grandchildren of Clyde L.
