Plaintiff, Lincoln B. Evans, filed a complaint in the circuit court of La Salle County against Joseph A. Berko et al., alleging that Berko held the legal title to certain improved real estate in the city of La Salle, but that he was in fact a trustee for the benefit of the plaintiff, and should be decreed to reconvey said property to the plaintiff upon being reimbursed for moneys...
