Final orders unanimously modified by fixing the assessed valuation on the land for each of the properties and for each of the years herein involved at $525,000 on the ground that Special Term's land valuations for each of the properties and for each of the years in question are on this record excessive and should have been further reduced and, as so modified, the orders are affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the relator-appellant.
