Determination of the Appellate Term unanimously reversed and the judgment of the Municipal Court reinstated, with costs in all courts.

It was error to rule that the release discharged the present claims. The release must be construed in connection with the agreement which was entered into simultaneously with it. So read it was limited to matters embraced in the agreement.
