MATTER OF SHAPIRO

278 A.D. 562 (1951)

In the Matter of The Estate of Hyman Shapiro, Deceased. Goldie Shapiro, Appellant; Benjamin Shapiro, as an Executor of and Trustee under The Will of Hyman Shapiro, Deceased, Respondent. (Appeals Nos. 1 and 2.)

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Department.
