In this action brought under the Renegotiation Act, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 1191 et seq., to recover excessive profits for the year ending September 30, 1942, findings of fact and conclusions of law on plaintiff's motion for summary judgment were filed on May 9, 1947, finding that plaintiff is entitled to a judgment against all defendants, and that such obligation is a joint one.
