BEALS, J.

John and Hallie C. Graham intermarried in Seattle, King county, Washington, January 1, 1907, and were, at all times herein mentioned, husband and wife and residents of this state. Two children, a son and a daughter, were born to them, and Mrs. Graham had a daughter by a prior marriage. At the time of the trial of this action, all of the children were over twenty-one years of age.
