The court did not err in overruling the demurrer to the indictment for the reasons, as the defendant contends, that the words, "wilful or wanton" disregard of the safety of persons or property as contained in the statute, and the accusation based on the provisions of the statute are not so vague, indefinite, and uncertain in terms as to be incapable of enforcement.
