FAIRCHILD, J.

There is no dispute as to where the collision between the two cars occurred. Nor is there reason for questioning the sufficiency of the evidence warranting the finding by the jury that appellant was driving on the wrong side of the road as he moved northerly and negotiated the bend or curve in Highway 84 just before meeting respondent, who was approaching this bend and driving on his proper side of the road...
