It appears by the record in this cause that an unidentified body, on November 10, 1949, was found floating in a canal about one mile west of 20-Mile Bend in Palm Beach County, Florida. The body was later identified as Charles R. Summerlin, of Palatka, Florida. The cause of death, according to the medical testimony, was a severe concussion or possibly a fractured skull.
