Frank J. Magnuson and Sarah F. Magnuson brought this action in the district court for Phelps County against Leo Lloyd Coburn and Theresa Coburn. The purpose of the action is to establish plaintiffs' right to a road across defendants' premises and to permanently enjoin the defendants from interfering with plaintiffs' use thereof.
