W.C. Winter, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation, stating that on October 5, 1948, while employed by respondent E.B. Bush Construction Company, he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment when he fell from a scaffold.

An award was entered for an injury to the leg and in addition thereto permanent partial disability under the "other cases" provision...
