On January 21, 1943, the Trustees of Trinity Patrick Lodge No. 7, Knights of Pythias in Gainesville, executed a renewal note in the principal sum of $10,000, payable to the Trustees of the Leeper restate, bearing interest at four per cent due on or before five years and secured by a vendor's and deed of trust lien against the Lodge property.
