Scriven, deceased, plaintiff and appellee, against Evelyn Scriven, defendant and appellant, wherein the plaintiff seeks a declaratory judgment declaring him to be the sole owner of a bank account in the amount of $49,691.14 and also the sole owner of bills receivable from a business...
