This proceeding is here upon petition of Olin Industries, Inc., Winchester Repeating Arms Company Division,1 to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board issued against petitioner on September 29, 1949. In answer to the petition, the Board requests enforcement of its order. The decision and order of the Board are reported at 86 N.L.R.B. 203.
