BUCHANAN, Justice.

Mrs. Scott, plaintiff below, brought this action against Burke, defendant, for personal injuries sustained in a collision between the cars they were driving. Burke filed a counter claim for damages to his car. A trial by jury resulted in a verdict for plaintiff, on which judgment was entered and Burke appeals.

The assignments of error charge that the verdict was contrary to the evidence and that the court erred in giving and refusing instructions...
