This was an administrator's action for the alleged wrongful death of Allen Bisoni, sixteen years of age. The defendants were Clayton D. Carlson and his father, A.J. Carlson. Defendants joined in a demurrer to plaintiff's amended petition upon the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action in favor of plaintiff and against defendants...
