This is the second appearance of this litigation in the Supreme Court. It is a suit in ejectment for the recovery of a small triangular-shaped parcel of land in Fulton County, Georgia, with no prayer for mesne profits. When it was here before (Wight v. Davis, 202 Ga. 239, 42 S.E.2d 641), we held, under the pleadings as they then stood and the proof submitted in support thereof, that the court erred in directing a verdict for the defendant...
