This appeal is an aftermath of Belakjon v. Hilstad, N.D., 35 N.W.2d 637.

Restating the facts briefly: Gilbert Olson owned a quarter section of land in Bowman County. He failed to pay the taxes thereon for the year 1930 and subsequent years.
