This is an action of replevin prosecuted by appellant to recover possession of an automobile from appellees. This is a second appeal. The result of the first was a reversal of the judgment and a remand to the district court. Snyder v. Lincoln, 150 Neb. 580, 35 N.W.2d 483. There was another trial in that court.
