In contest here is a document purporting to be the olographic last will and testament of Rolland D. Fellows who died in the Parish of Tangipahoa on November 4, 1948.

Decedent was survived by his widow, Mrs. Gladys DeSouge Fellows, but by neither ascendants nor descendants. His estate consisted entirely of an undivided one-half interest in property, acquired by the community previously existing between him and his said wife, which had an appraised...
