PREWITT, Justice.

This suit involves a trust fund of approximately $35,000, the trust having been created in 1935 by defendant Blanche Hamilton Karsch. The purpose of the suit was to have the court declare the rights of the parties in said fund. The cause was tried on a stipulation of facts and the court held that defendant Donnelley Joseph Hill had no interest, present or future, in said fund.
