This action grows out of a contract between plaintiff and defendants under which the plaintiff corporation undertook to clean and paint a bridge crossing the Ohio River at Huntington, W. Va., for the Cabell County Bridge Commission, an agency of the County Court of Cabell County, West Virginia.
