Rushton obtained a verdict and judgment against Mrs. Titshaw at the March, 1950, term of the Civil Court of Fulton County. Thereafter, during the April, 1950, term of said court, the defendant filed a "motion in arrest of judgment," and the court granted a rule nisi thereon. To that motion the plaintiff filed a demurrer and motion to dismiss the "motion in arrest of judgment," on the ground therein set out, among others, that "said motion is filed too...
