This cause is before us on complainant's appeal from a final decree denying and dismissing the amended bill of complaint and dissolving the preliminary injunction theretofore entered. The original bill was filed on October 4, 1930 and the amended bill on March 15, 1932. Hearing thereon was held on April 3 and 4, 1946, more than fifteen years after commencement of these proceedings.
