Margrette L. Shreve brought suit for damages against the Edmundson Art Foundation alleging that such defendant, in the operation of the art institute in the city of Des Moines, Iowa, was negligent and that by reason of such negligence she was injured. Defendant resisted such claim and alleged that in such operation it was free from negligence and was not liable therefor. The trial court dismissed plaintiff's petition and she has appealed to this court...
