This is an appeal from an order of the District Court dismissing a petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed by the petitioner who had been arrested to be deported to Mexico. The petitioner, Rigoberto Chavez Rubio, is an alien, a native and citizen of Mexico who has been living in the city of Chicago in Cook County, Illinois for many years.
