This is an action in tort in which the plaintiff seeks to recover damages for personal injuries which he claims were caused by the negligence of the operator of the defendant's motor vehicle. Trial was by jury with a resulting verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. The case is here on the defendant's exceptions.
