This is an appeal from a judgment in the sum of $5,448, in favor of Bertha Roth and against the City of University City and Nick Costelli. The suit was for damages arising out of personal injuries which plaintiff suffered when she fell on the concrete area in front of Costelli's store on Delmar Boulevard, in University City. After trial and appeal of the case Bertha Roth died, and, upon due suggestion of her death, Ellen Nickel, her administratrix...
