Gamez, sue as beneficiaries on a claimed contract of National Service Life Insurance pursuant to Section 19, World War Veterans' Act of 1924, as amended, and Section 617, National Service Life Insurance Act of 1940, as amended, 38 U.S.C.A. §§ 445, 801 to 818.
