This is the second appeal in this case, which is a contest over the Democratic nomination for County Judge of Lawrence County. For the opinion on the first appeal, see Moody v. Logan, 217 Ark. 859, 233 S.W.2d 548. Upon the remand of the cause there was a second trial, which resulted in a finding and judgment that Moody received a majority of 21 votes.
