Plaintiffs brought this action to obtain a judicial settlement of their final accounts as trustees under a declaration of inter vivos trust made by J. Pierpont Morgan in 1901. There was no dispute as to the correctness of the accounts as such, but appellant Eleanor Morgan Satterlee, granddaughter of the trustor Morgan, and sole appellant in this court, raised a question, to be discussed herein...
