Clara Noble, plaintiff, and her husband were the lessees of a rooming house in the city of Detroit. They were divorced, and Clara Noble, now Clara Mathieu, became the sole owner of the interests of herself and her former husband in the leased premises. The property was owned by Bernard Wubbe, defendant.
